10. Artificial Intelligence — Accuracy and Disclaimers
Parts of the service generate responses, suggestions, quotes, and other content automatically using artificial intelligence. AI-generated content:
- is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind;
- may be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, or unsuitable for a particular purpose;
- does not constitute professional advice of any kind (including legal, financial, medical, tax, or insurance advice);
- must not be solely relied upon — important information, prices, and decisions should be independently verified before being acted upon.
Businesses using Easycore are responsible for reviewing and approving automated responses sent to their own customers, and for any decisions made on the basis of AI-generated content. Customers remain solely responsible for the content, accuracy, legality, and suitability of information sent to their end users. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easycore Ltd gives no warranty that AI-generated content is accurate, reliable, complete, or fit for any particular purpose, and excludes liability for any loss arising from reliance on it. Easycore Ltd does not guarantee that AI-generated content will be free from errors, omissions, bias, hallucinations, or interruptions.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easycore Ltd shall not be liable for:
- indirect or consequential damages
- business losses
- data loss caused by third-party systems
- service interruptions beyond our control
- any loss or damage arising from reliance on, or decisions made on the basis of, AI-generated or automated content
- the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of automated responses, quotes, or information
- interruptions, delays, outages, maintenance windows, loss of connectivity, or temporary unavailability of the service
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of the United Kingdom, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Account Suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts that:
- violate these Terms
- misuse messaging services
- conduct illegal or harmful activities
- attempt to exploit the system
13. Account Closure & Retention
You may close your account at any time from the customer portal.
To prevent abuse of free trials and quotas, after closure we retain your company short name, company display name, and email address for 180 days. During that window the same identifiers cannot be re-registered. After 180 days these are purged automatically.
During this window we may contact you only for account, security, or service-administration matters. Marketing contact requires separate consent. You can request that we stop all contact at any time by emailing policy@easycore.co.uk; doing so will suppress outreach but will not shorten the 180-day re-registration lock.
If you have a legitimate reason to re-register sooner (for example, the original closure was made in error), contact support and we will assess it on a case-by-case basis.
14. Referral Programme — Self-Billed Receipts
The referral programme is open to private individuals only, acting in a non-business capacity. By registering for the referral programme you (“Referrer”) confirm and agree to the following:
- Individuals only. You confirm that you take part as a private individual, that you are not acting in the course of a business, and that you are not VAT registered. The programme does not accept companies or VAT-registered referrers.
- Authorisation to issue a self-billed receipt. You may authorise EasyCore Ltd to issue a self-billed receipt (no VAT) in your name, on your behalf, for any referral commission earned under this programme. This authorisation is optional. If you do not grant it, you are responsible for sending us a valid receipt before any referral commission can be paid out.
- Payout is conditional on a receipt. No referral commission is paid out for a period until a valid receipt exists for it — either a self-billed receipt issued by us under your authorisation, or a receipt you supply to us.
- Content of the receipt. A self-billed receipt will include your full name, residential address, and country, together with the referral commission for the relevant period. It is a non-VAT receipt and contains no VAT.
- Delivery. Self-billed receipts are generated automatically by our system at each month-end for commission earned in that month and delivered to you by email.
- Ongoing obligation — change of status. You must notify EasyCore immediately if you become VAT registered, or otherwise start acting in a business capacity, at any time in the future. At that point we may stop auto-issuing self-billed receipts in your name and will arrange the correct treatment with you, so that we never continue issuing non-VAT self-billed receipts to someone who no longer qualifies.
- Accuracy of information. You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is accurate and up to date. We are not liable for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by you.
- Corrections — void and reissue. A receipt is never edited once issued. If a correction is needed (for example, a wrong address), we make it by issuing a replacement receipt and voiding the original: the original is marked as voided and references its replacement, and the replacement references the original. You have 7 days from the date of issue to request a correction; after this period the receipt is considered accepted and correct.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically.
The latest version will always be available on our website.
Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of UK courts.
