What counts as a "Conversation"?
A conversation is one customer chat conversation in your billing month — not per message. A customer can send as many messages as they like and it still counts as one. Bookings don't count as chats — booking a slot through the automated flow is always free and unlimited.
What happens if I go over my plan?
Nothing breaks at your allowance. Bookings stay unlimited, and extra chat conversations are just £0.19 each above it, added to your invoice at period end (up to your plan's fair-use limit, then upgrade). No surprise auto-upgrades.
Are WhatsApp and phone numbers included?
Web chat and Facebook Messenger are included in your plan. Extra phone numbers (£2.00 / month each) and WhatsApp messages (£0.005 per message) are billed separately at cost — these pass-through prices may change in line with Meta / Twilio pricing. All prices are subject to VAT.
